After their beloved grandmother, the family’s master storyteller, passes away, three siblings Tom, Suzanne, and Derek spend their first weekend at their grandfather’s house in silence and sorrow. The house feels empty, Grandfather seems distant, and bedtime no longer comes with magical tales. Stepping into her grandmother’s shoes, Suzanne begins inventing her own stories, leading the family into enchanted worlds filled with a mysterious cat, a gentle monster, and a flying man. Through these shared fairy tales, the children and their grandfather rediscover laughter, process their grief, and learn how imagination and storytelling can heal, connect, and keep loved ones alive in memory.
