Two brothers on diverging paths struggle to survive amidst the pressures of their San Francisco community. Slim sees basketball as his way out of the streets and plans to propose to his girlfriend Destiny. Meanwhile, his younger brother Juju falls deeper into a life of smash-and-grab car burglaries, known locally as “bipping,” under the control of a ruthless crew leader named Dolo. As tensions rise between Slim and Dolo over a stolen engagement ring, Juju must choose between the brother he loves and the lucrative but dangerous criminal life that threatens to consume them both.
