Ten years after mysterious meteorites crash into Earth, a substance called Mebius Dust changes society and gives certain people superhuman abilities known as “Rams.” Those who develop these powers cannot survive outside the dust’s influence, forcing them to remain inside the city of Shinkatsushika.
High-school student Araki forms the team “Polis Hopper” with his younger sister Stella and childhood friend Olga. They compete in a territory-conquering game created for the city’s gifted children. Their lives change when Professor Yuda, a researcher studying Rams, asks them to participate in a mysterious experiment.
