Set in 1960s New York, Mad Men follows the personal and professional lives of the men and women at the fictional Sterling Cooper advertising agency. At its center is Don Draper, a brilliant but deeply guarded creative director whose carefully constructed identity begins to unravel as the decade—and the advertising world—transforms around him.
