In a near-future world, two megacities Neo-London and New Paris stand on opposite sides of a fortified border. Each city claims to be the last bastion of human civilization. When a courier from Neo-London defects to New Paris with a mysterious data chip, she ignites a chain of events that threatens both cities. As governments clash and rebels rise, ordinary citizens must choose between loyalty and freedom. The series reimagines Dickens’ classic in a sci-fi dystopia of surveillance, propaganda, and revolution.
