Ashley, a poor religious college student, takes a weekend nanny job in rural Indiana. She is kidnapped and imprisoned by a sinister family that forces young women to bear children. At the same time, Nomi, a survivor of sexual assault seeking an abortion, unknowingly walks into the same trap. As both women fight for their freedom, Nomi’s best friend Maura uncovers the horrifying truth and races to save them. The film exposes the dark side of extreme anti-abortion activism and the struggle of women to control their own bodies.
