Set in Los Angeles at the very start of the zombie apocalypse, Fear the Walking Dead follows two families high school teacher Travis Manawa, his fiancée Madison Clark, and their children Nick and Alicia, along with the Salazars who must band together as society collapses around them. As the infection spreads and the dead rise, the group flees the city, navigating military quarantines, refugee camps, and ruthless survivors. Over seven seasons, the story expands across Mexico and the American Southwest, introducing iconic figures like Victor Strand, Luciana, Morgan Jones, Dwight, and June. Communities form and fall from the Rosarito Beach hotel to the Broke Jaw Ranch, the Dam, the Tower, and beyond while characters grapple with loss, morality, and what it means to stay human in a world overrun by the undead. By Season 7, after a nuclear blast devastates Texas, survivors scatter across a wasteland of radiation, raiders, and roving hordes, with Madison, Morgan, Alicia, Strand, and others pushed to their limits as they search for safety, purpose, and a future worth fighting for.
