Tío Mochales, once the undisputed queen of Spanish cheese, is now a fading company struggling to keep up appearances. In a last‑ditch effort to boost morale and reconnect with its “traditional values,” management organizes a rural team‑building retreat in the small town where the business was founded. What begins as a motivational getaway of cheese tastings, group exercises, and forced camaraderie quickly turns into chaos when employees discover the retreat is actually a setup for mass layoffs. As panic spreads, alliances shift, betrayals multiply, and office politics explode into a darkly comic battle for survival, exposing the absurdity and cruelty of modern corporate culture.
